BSI MiteStop

MiteStop from BSI is an effective product against red blood lice, mites, fleas and other crawling insects in chickens, pigeons and (ornamental) birds. You use this product in the coop or cage of birds. It forms a three-dimensional net around the parasites and any eggs present. This prevents the parasites from moving and feeding. MiteStop is insecticide-free and therefore safe for humans and animals. There is no need to remove the birds and eggs from the coop during treatment.

Usage

You clean the loft thoroughly
It is best to start treatment at dusk, when the birds are calm and the parasites are most active
You dissolve the product in water. The dosage is 10 ml of product per 1 litre of water. This is enough to treat 10 m2
Spray the product directly into the entire loft with a pressure sprayer. When doing so, do not forget the cracks, crevices and cavities
For optimal results, treat the loft 3 times with an interval of 5 to 7 days
