What if the Ruffwear Hitch Hiker Dog Backpack doesn't fit?
To check if the backpack fits, you may remove it from the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This allows you to check the fit. Due to hygiene reasons, the backpack cannot be returned if it has been in contact with your pet. If upon return we find that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells, or has been washed, it will not be returned to you. Instead, it will benefit a local charity (animal shelter). As we often face products being returned in less than new condition, we unfortunately have to enforce these rules for trying and/or returning them.
