Specific Food Allergen Management CDW

Food Allergen Management of Specific is a wet food based on lamb and rice. This diet food is suitable for adult dogs that are allergic to certain nutrients. Allergen Management CDW is a paté, which is a paste consisting of a forcemeat and is suitable as an elimination diet. It is easily digestible and therefore also suitable to support the digestive system.

Specific also offers Specific Food Allergen Management CDD, which consists of dry food.

Indications

Food allergy or intolerance
Skin complaints because of allergy
Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI)
Gastrointestinal complaints, such as thin stool and vomiting
Digestion problems

Use

In case of intolerance, provide this food 3 to 8 weeks. If the symptoms disappear, wet food can be used for up to 1 year. In the case of digestion problems, the duration of use is 12 weeks. If your dog has chronic pancreas insufficiency then it is recommended to provide it for a lifetime. The advice is to consult a veterinary physician before use.

Composition

Lamb, rice, vitamins and trace elements (including chelated trace elements), fish oil, sunflower oil, minerals, cellulose powder, psyllium husk, dextrose, xylose. Contains no added artificial colourings or flavourings.

Nutritional additives per kg

Vitamin D3 475 IU, copper 1.5 mg (copper chelate of glycine hydrate), zinc 56 mg (zinc chelate of glycine hydrate), selenium 0.05 mg (selenomethionine), iodine 0.79 mg (calcium iodate anhydrate).
