Tetra Pond AlgoFin effectively combats the most common types of algae in ornamental ponds, such as filamentous algae, suspended algae, and slime algae. The specific active ingredient is selectively absorbed by the algae, inhibiting their photosynthesis capability. Consequently, the algae die within two to three weeks, while simultaneously preventing new algae growth. Tetra Pond AlgoFin is suitable for ornamental ponds with fish, plants, and microorganisms. Always use biocides safely. Carefully read the label and product information before use.

Usage

Shake the bottle well before use and follow the instructions carefully. Use the provided measuring cap to measure the product accurately. Apply 50 ml per 1,000 litres of pond water and distribute the liquid evenly over the water surface, for example, with a stick. Remove as much algae as possible before and after treatment to maintain water quality. Additionally, ensure adequate oxygen supply in the pond. During treatment, deactivate the UV algae destroyer and active carbon filtering for at least seven days, and do not change the water for four weeks.
