What if the Trixie Winter Coat Ajou doesn't fit?

To check if the Trixie Winter Coat Ajou fits, you may take the coat out of its packaging and hold it up next to your pet to check for fit. Due to hygiene reasons, the coat cannot be returned if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find on its return that the coat is stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells or has been washed, the product will not be sent back to you. It will benefit a charity (local shelter). Since we are often faced with products not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to enforce these rules for trying on and/or returning.
