Uri-Balance

Uri-Balance from Millpledge is a tasty supplement that contains amino acid DL-Methionine. This amino acid helps to acidify the urine, which is useful because a healthy pH value helps to keep the urinary tract healthy and free of (struvite) stones. Uri-Balance also supports the urinary tract in case of changes or problems with nutrition when multiple cats are living together. Because it has a pasty texture it's very easy to administer to your pet.

Directions for use

Use Uri-Balance as a supplement to regular food. While the paste is tasty, let your pet familiarise with it first by directly applying it in your pet's mouth. Only use this product after consulting with your veterinarian.

Dosage

Cats: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon a day
Dogs: 1 teaspoon a day

When not to use Uri-Balance?

Pets with liver or kidney disease
In combination with other dietary foods for the urinary tract
Pregnant or nursing pets
Pets younger than 1 year old
On an empty stomach

Composition

Corn syrup, malt syrup, white petrolatum, dimethionine, soybean oil, sugar cane molasses, mineral oil, cod liver oil, water, methylcellulose and sodium benzoate. [/ p]
