Vetality Gastrointestinal Low Fat has been specially developed by veterinarians to support dogs with pancreatic, digestive and/or gastrointestinal disorders. This food based on fish and rice is easily digestible. A low fat content helps dogs that have problems digesting fat, such as pancreatitis. The reduced fibre content ensures optimal absorption of nutrients. The food also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which help to protect and maintain healthy cells and tissues.

Vetality Gastrointestinal Low Fat is balanced food and helps your dog to stay fit and healthy. It’s great that there is food available that supports your dog if it suffers from a health condition. Vetality has been developed in collaboration with veterinarians to ensure that the needs of your pet are met as closely as possible. Please contact your vet if you suspect your pet has a health condition and are considering giving him or her food from Vetality.

Duration of use

You can initially give this food for up to 12 weeks to compensate for poor digestion and to reduce intestinal absorption disorders. Give this food for life with chronic pancreatic insufficiency (EPI). To reduce intolerances to certain ingredients and/or nutrients, give this food for 3 to 8 weeks. If the intolerance symptoms start to disappear, you can give this food for up to a year. If you give your dog this food to regulate the fat metabolism in hyperlipidaemia, you can initially give it for a maximum of 2 months. We recommend contacting your vet before use and/or if you want to extend.
